Manage Your Subscription
VBRA Premium is managed through your Apple ID. To change, cancel, or view your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find VBRA and tap it to manage or cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until then.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstalled VBRA or switched devices and your Premium subscription is not showing:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Open VBRA and go to the subscription screen.
- Tap “Restore Purchases”.
If the issue persists, contact us at hello@cosmicfeel.com with your Apple ID email.
Request a Refund
All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the VBRA charge and select “Request a Refund”.
Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- By email: Send a deletion request to hello@cosmicfeel.com from the email associated with your account.
All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Apple (see above).
