Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VBRA (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by CosmicFeel (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

VBRA is a daily wellness companion app for iOS that provides cosmic weather information, daily check-ins, archetype-based personalization, and wellbeing trend tracking. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Some features require you to sign in using Sign in with Apple or other supported authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VBRA offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

  • VBRA Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $4.99 per month.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen subscription plan.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries based on local App Store pricing. Prices are subject to change. If prices change, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel.

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for VBRA Premium. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before you confirm the subscription. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Circumvent any security or access controls.
  • Use the App to transmit harmful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by CosmicFeel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Cosmic weather information and wellbeing recommendations are for entertainment and general wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CosmicFeel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
